Update 29 will bring a lot of new events and changes, while working on fixing some of the existing issues that are breaking the game. Players will be unable to play the game for some time after August 3, 10 AM ET. Having said that, Bethesda has now announced that they are taking the Fallout 76 servers offline to apply Update 29. In the last few weeks, players have been experiencing server disconnection issues with some being randomly kicked out due to unknown issues. Well, one can download the database dump here, but it wont be of much. Even after several updates, players are reporting bugs that point towards poor coding practices. Offline downloads isnt something the creators of the wiki software catered for.
